• Install the latest version of ShareDRMusic

• Run iTunes, set the Preferences of iTunes

If you are using iTunes 7, select menu "Edit > Preferences". Then in the preferences window, select tab Advanced > Burning. In the burning tab, Select ShareDRM Virtual CD-RW as the burner and Audio CD as the Disc Format.

If you are using iTunes 8, the "burning setting" window will be shown after clicking the "Burn Disc" button.

• New a Playlist containing all the music files you want to convert

Add all the music files you want to convert to MP3 or WMA to play on your Zen. Then click "Burn Disc".

Once the conversion is completed, you can find the MP3 or WMA songs in the output folder, with all ID3 tags and album information intact. Then you can open Creative MediaSource and sync the converted to your Creative ZEN player.
